Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hurdle Health, we aim to provide a high-quality, professional service while being fair and transparent with our policies. Please read the following carefully.

Appointments

All appointments are booked in advance and reserved exclusively for you.

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are chargeable in full.

  • This applies to all appointments, including physiotherapy assessments, follow-ups, personal training, and consultations.

 

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will always aim to be reasonable where possible. However, late cancellations prevent us from offering the appointment to another client.

 

Packages

  • Packages are non-refundable once started.

  • Sessions within a package must be used within the agreed timeframe.

  • Unused sessions may be forfeited if packages expire or if sessions are repeatedly cancelled with insufficient notice.

 

Consultations

  • Free consultations are subject to the same cancellation policy.

  • Repeated missed consultations may result in booking restrictions.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of illness, injury, or unforeseen events, please contact us as soon as possible. Any discretion applied is at the sole judgement of Hurdle Health.

 

Payments

All payments are taken in advance of sessions or packages. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
