Designed for people who want lasting progress

Hurdle Health is designed for adults who want to remain strong, capable and confident as they get older.

You’ll likely be a good fit if you:

  • Are over 40 and want to feel strong, capable, and confident again

  • Are managing pain, injury, or declining fitness — or want to avoid it

  • Have tried gyms or physiotherapy before and found them disconnected

  • Value privacy, expertise, and a clear, structured plan

  • Want progress you can measure — not guess

If you’re looking for drop-in workouts, quick fixes, or passive treatment, we’re probably not the right place.

If you want thoughtful, personalised support that helps you become more capable and increasingly independent, you are in the right place.

A smarter way to rehabilitate, train and future-proof your health.

Measured Progress

Meaningful progress starts with understanding where you are.
We track outcomes that matter at each stage — function, movement quality, confidence, tolerance, and capacity. We adapt your plan as you progress. Diagnostics such as VOâ‚‚max or metabolic insights are available when appropriate.

How it works — the Hurdle Health journey

Step 1

Understand Where You Are.

Your consultation explores your history, goals, movement, strength and current physical capacity. We explain what we find clearly and identify the most useful next steps.

Step 2

Follow a Structured Plan.

Your plan may involve individual physiotherapy appointments, a flexible period of rehabilitation, regular one-to-one or one-to-two coaching, or guidance that you can follow more independently. The frequency and structure are based on your needs — not a fixed membership model.

Step 3

Build Confidence and Capacity.

We reassess what matters, adapt your plan and help you become stronger, more confident and better prepared for the demands of everyday life. Some clients work with us for a defined period; others value continued coaching and progression.
